Discover the rare and nostalgic flavor of Antalya Reçelcisi Watermelon Peel Jam, a traditional Turkish delicacy made from the carefully candied rind of watermelon. This karpuz kabuğu reçeli is slow-cooked to preserve its delightful texture—firm on the outside, tender on the inside—with a subtly sweet and citrusy flavor that evokes memories of Anatolian breakfasts.
